Privacy Policy

NRS Tracker stores organisation profiles, user contact details, obligation records, reminder logs, audit events, and evidence metadata to operate the compliance workflow.

Authentication is handled by Devise and Rails. Filing evidence uploaded to the application is stored through Rails Active Storage and associated with the organisation that uploaded it.

We use contact and reminder data to deliver product notifications, statutory reminders, and operational support. SMS and WhatsApp delivery require configured phone numbers.

Evidence retention dates are tracked to support audit readiness. Deletion actions by owners or admins are recorded in a durable audit trail.
